The plasma medical device comprises: a main body (10) having a fan (11) for air intake at an inlet side and an outlet (13) from which nitric oxide and anions are discharged; and a high-voltage plasma generator (50) provided at an inner side of the main body (10) for generating nitric oxide and anions while minimizing ozone generation by ionizing air through a plasma discharge of a high voltage having a high frequency; a filter (15) provided on the inner side of the outlet (13) of the main body to remove foreign matter; a control part (20) that controls the air intake fan (11) and the plasma generating part (50); and a power supply part (30) that supplies power to the air intake fan (11) and the plasma generating part (50) through the control part (20).
